Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy
All cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made at least 48 hours before your confirmed drop-off date. Please be aware that during peak periods, an advanced cancellation policy is in effect. For details on our holiday periods, please visit here
Changes and cancellations made within this 48-hour window may incur the full charge for the planned stay.
Communication Agreement with Homestead Hound.
By creating an Account in our client portal, you electronically agree to accept and receive communications from Homestead Hound, Service Providers or third parties providing services to Homestead Hound, including via e-mail, text message (and similar messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp)), calls, in-app communications, and push notifications to the telephone number(s) and e-mail addresses you provided to Homestead Hound. You may also receive communications generated by automatic telephone dialing systems and/or which will deliver prerecorded messages sent by or on behalf of Homestead Hound, and/or Service Providers, including but not limited to communications concerning requests placed through your Account on the Services. Message and data rates may apply. You can learn more about how Homestead Hound may contact you by reading our Privacy Policy.
Homestead Hound may contact you using autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages, at any telephone number that you have provided us, to: (i) notify you regarding your account; (ii) troubleshoot problems with your account; (iii) resolve a dispute; (iv) collect a debt; (v) infrequently poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires; or (vi) as otherwise necessary to service your Account or enforce these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or any other agreement we may have with you. Homestead Hound may also contact you using autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages for marketing purposes (e.g., offers and promotions), to which you agree by providing your mobile phone number (as specified above). Homestead Hound may collect other telephone numbers for you and may place manual non-marketing calls to any of those numbers and autodialed non-marketing calls to any landline.
If you do not wish to receive promotional e-mails, text messages or other communications from Homestead Hound, you may change your notification preferences by accessing Settings in your Account (if available) or by following the instructions in this paragraph. To opt out of receiving text messages from Homestead Hound, you must reply “STOP” from the mobile device receiving the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply “START” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. For purposes of clarity, certain text messages between you and Service Providers are transactional text messages, not promotional text messages. To opt out of receiving e-mail messages, follow the instructions in the footer of the e-mail received from or though us. You acknowledge that opting out of receiving all communications may impact your use of the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if we suspect fraud or unlawful activity on your Account, Homestead Hound may contact you using any of the contact information you provided in connection with your Account (including via text or voice-recorded message).

Homestead Hound may share your telephone number with its authorized service providers as stated in our Privacy Policy. These service providers may contact you using autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages, only as authorized by Homestead Hound, to carry out the purposes identified above.
Homestead Hound may, without further notice or warning and in its sole discretion, monitor or record telephone conversations you or anyone acting on your behalf has with Homestead Hound or its agents for quality control and training purposes, or for its own protection. Homestead Hound automated systems scan and analyze the contents of every message sent through its messages platform, including messages between users, to detect and prevent fraudulent activity or violations of Homestead Hound’s User Agreement, including the incorporated terms, notices, rules, and policies. This scanning and analysis may occur before, during, or after the message is sent, or while in storage, and may result in your message being delayed or withheld. Homestead Hound may store message contents, including to conduct this scanning and analysis.
